If I've understood clearly, your goal is to have two physical network
interfaces connected to one logical  network in ovirt-engine.
If this is the case, you can use bonding/teaming physical interfaces into
one and then connect that aggregation to the ovirt-engine logical network.

Moreover, as Jeremy stated, you can use that aggregated physical interfaces
to transfer VLANs, taking advantages on redundancy/resilience and
configuration flexibility.
