RE: Extracting ".pam" image files

[OYEBISI, Daniel]

I am sorry I can't post the document here and I don't have any other one with 
same image format. 

But fortunately, PDFBox has no issues extracting it as a BufferedImage and 
writing it as a PNG or JPG image file.
