[SOGo] Error 404 before using the SOGo Web interface

2011-03-29 Thread Yvan LE BOUFFANT

Hello everyone,

First of all, I'm new using SOGo, and find that's a very good product (a
bit difficult to setup, but I managed to do it), so I would like to
thank you for all of that.
I had a trouble, and I didn't find any solution on the net. The problem
is that I can't connect to SOGo through the SOGo Integrator since I
logged once through the web interface. The requests returns are :

"REPORT /SOGo/dav/user.n...@domain.com/Contacts HTTP/1.1" 404 62/0 0.590
- - 0
"REPORT /SOGo/dav/user.n...@domain.com/Calendar HTTP/1.1" 404 62/0 0.588
- - 0

After logged in, I've got that :

"REPORT /SOGo/dav/user.n...@domain.com/Contacts/people/ HTTP/1.1" 207
127/341 2.004 - - 0
"REPORT /SOGo/dav/user.n...@domain.com/Calendar/personal/ HTTP/1.1" 207
125/245 0.044 - - 0

and between both, few lines like :

WARNING(-[NSNull(misc) count]): called NSNull -count (returns 0) !!!

0.008 - - 4K

"POST /SOGo/so/user/Mail/foldersState HTTP/1.1" 200 23/0 0.002 - - 0

The thing to know, is that I have a particular configuration, using the
mail address (ie user.n...@domain.com) as login for IMAP, and id field
in LDAP (ie user) to log on SOGo. To make it work with the SOGo
integrator, I deleted the override of the common-dialog in the
Thunderbird's plugin (to be able to enter another username than the
email address).

I hope I'm clear enough, fill free to ask me more questions if needed.

Greetings

Yvan LE BOUFFANT

[SOGo] No "subscribe to an addressbook" for privacy

2011-03-29 Thread Paul van der Vlis
Hello,

I have in "SOGoUserSources" isAddressBook = NO, so there is no shared
address book of all users.

But when I press "subscribe to an address book" and I press e.g. an "a"
I see most of my customers (all people with an "a" in the name), and I
don't like that for privacy reasons.

Is there a way to change this behavior? Maybe to disable searching?

With regards,
Paul van der Vlis.

Re: [SOGo] Thunderbird 3.1.7 : Can't open appointments

2011-03-29 Thread Stéphane PERON

Hi,

I tried your tips ... But I m not satisfied so I came back to the normal
configuration with inverse connectors and inverse lightning edition.

Then, I have noticed something very strange ...At the beginning of
thunderbird ...

An error message appears, saying that a wrong timezone is considered as
a float time zone ...

After a look in the sogo database, in my user tables, I have found :
/inverse.ca/20101018_1/Europe/Paris as time zone for a few events !!

After an ics export .. save problem !!!

So I decided to replace in the database the strings
"/inverse.ca/20101018_1/Europe/Paris by" "Europe/Paris"

But after a restart of sogo, I get the same error messages concerning
time zone ..And I can notice in the detailed error message that my
changes has not been applied !!

So my question : Is there any cache somewhere in sogo ?

Second question : what is that "/inverse.ca/20101018_1/" before the
timezone ???

Hi,

we had the same problem - I think sogo connector/lightning are not
working correctly without integrator at the moment (looks like
http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=520).
Unfortunately no feedback so far ;-(

Since we cannot use integrator we switched back to "normal" lightning.
You have to disable connector when adding a calendar.

Hope this helps! Regards,
Steve

Hi all,

I have noticed this behavior with some other people :

We can create appointments in thunderbird but with a strange behavior :
When we select a time range for a fast creation .. a new appoitment
is graphically created but the windows for appointment creation
refuse to be opened ...
The only possiblity to enter the details for an appointment is to
create it by double-clicking in the column of the day .. Then the
window is opened

As soon as the appointement is created, it is impossible to open it
by double-clicking or right click=> open

All connectors are up to date

Thanks for your help

Stéphane

That's why I expressed a wish for a public repo. If we can access it we
can keep up and maybe help.

If you use PostgreSQL, it's quite easy since it supports regular expressions :

UPDATE sogo_user_profile SET c_defaults = regexp_replace(c_defaults,
'"SOGoFirstWeekOfYear": "[^"]+"', '"SOGoFirstWeekOfYear": "First4DayWeek"');

Don't try this query on your production database since I haven't tested it
myself .. ;)

We're still waiting for some license clarifications on some files and
then, we'll import it in our Monotone repo.

Regards,

That is good to hear. I have tried emailing Bo directly and via this
list quite a few times to no avail. Glad to hear it is still being
developed. Although last I heard before Christmas Bo had a newer version
that fixed alot of the problems I was having. I have not seen anything
newer than 121210. Has anyone seen anything newer? The main problem I
was having was no matter the platform emails were coming from they would
show as apa...@machine.domain.tld rather than u...@domain.tld even
though I have set the preferences in the settings file.

The User-Agent header is wrong. I've made a bug about it:
