[SOGo] Thunderbird 5.*
Hi, I would like to be informed if the development of Thunderbird 5.*-compatible Sogo is scheduled. I really like the extension and functionalities, but I also would like to evolve to Thunderbird 5. Thanks for your answers. Eric -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
[SOGo] migrating old calendar data to new SOGo server, but with new usernames in ldap
Hi, i'd like to have a new SOGo server, within this step i'd like to rework my LDAP directory structure... Is it, somehow, possible to copy the old data to the new server into different named accounts? If so, it would be great to have a short description of how to do or some kind of useful link. thanks juergen -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
[SOGo] Lightning 1.0b4
It's out, when do you push it in nightly repo? Lightning 1.0 beta4 is the latest stable release containing 164 bugfixes and improvements over the 1.0b2 release. We have only lightning-1.0b2.106pre1i_win32.xpi Bye -- Alessio Fattorini (alessio.fattor...@nethesis.it) nethesis srl - Via degli Olmi 16/4 - 61100 Pesaro (PU) tel. +39 0721 405516 - fax +39 0721 268147 www.nethesis.it - i...@nethesis.it -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists

I run it in a script with sudo -u sogo /usr/sbin/sogo-tool backup /home/sauve ALL and it works like a charm with the good config of sudo. I think su -u ... redirects tty and that's why you have this error. An other way is to run the script as user sogo, but you have to change the rights of /home/sogo/Backup. <...> Regards, Pascal -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
[SOGo] calendar cache in thunderbird 3.1 plugin
Hi, To see if it resolves some problems, I've commented the line "directory.setProperty("cache.enabled", true);" in the chrome/content/calendar/folder-handler.js of the connector module. It's working. First, I tried to disable all calendars cache, but I saw that SOGo connector module forces the property ".cache.enabled" Could you explain why the cache is forced and wich problems I can encounter with my modification ? Thanks Fabrice Peraud -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
[SOGo] Configuration
Hi guies, I've installed ISPConfig and SOGo on my Server. With ipsconfig i'm able to create new mail-boxes. this mailboxes are reachable with squirrelmail for example, but they don't appear in sogo. is there a webinterface to configure sogo and define the mail-boxes etc.? thank you in advance for answers. kind regards, herbert -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
Re: [SOGo] Message that can be added when declining calendar event?

This seems like a basic feature - can I ask why this isn't implemented in some form or other ? Apologies if its in the archives and I've missed it. This isn't support. Apple has created some CalDAV scheduling extensions for this, but none are implemented in Lightning/SOGo. See: http://trac.calendarserver.org/browser/CalendarServer/trunk/doc/Extensions and more specifically: http://trac.calendarserver.org/browser/CalendarServer/trunk/doc/Extensions/caldav-privatecomments.txt This could be added/sponsored to SOGo. Thanks, useful to know. I'm surprised it isn't part of the existing spec for caldav to be honest. Secondly, any idea when 1.3.8 will be out ? I need to deploy our install with the Windows 7 dialog boxes fixed, and don't want to risk using a nightly . How stable are the nightly builds generally ? Nightly builds should be quite stable right now. As for v1.3.8, it might be out be the end of the week. The roadmap to it is quite thin right now, see : http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/roadmap_page.php As you can, 3 out of the 5 remaining bugs are for Chrome/Chromium. Anyone with basic JavaScript/CSS can pitch in. Ok, thanks for this. There was a huge dialog box bug for Windows 7 users http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=1056 that was fixed in 1.3.8dev, but I didn't see it in the list of bugs fixed. Any idea why ? -- Kind Regards, Julian Robbins -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
[SOGo] Sogo-tool - standard in must be tty
Hi, i have a script that execute the sogo-backup tool. For some reason it exits with an error: "standard in must be a tty" ? What does this mean ? The backup seems to be OK. It is not possible to run the sogo-tool from script ? Here is the script (for all, who want to participate, you are welcome) : == #! /bin/sh ## DEBUG #set -x DATE="`date +'%Y%m%d_%H%M%S'`" cd /home/sogo/Backup mkdir tmp_$DATE chown sogo:sogo tmp_$DATE chmod -R 770 tmp_$DATE cd tmp_$DATE if [ "$1" = "-i" ]; then su sogo -c "sogo-tool -v backup ./ ALL" else #su sogo -c "sogo-tool backup ./ ALL" > /dev/null 2>&1 su sogo -c "sogo-tool backup ./ ALL" > output 2>&1 fi #echo "Exit-Code: $?" #exit 1 if [ "$?" != "0" ];then echo "!" echo "Fehler beim Backup mit sogo-tool" echo "" cat output else mkdir ../STORE/$DATE chmod -R 770 ../STORE/$DATE mv * ../STORE/$DATE/ fi cd .. rm -rf tmp_$DATE == Best Regards Philipp Philipp v.
