I get kinit: krb5_get_init_creds: unable to reach any KDC in realm

Hi Silver,

It's not possible as far as I know: It's one of the most annoying
shortcomings of SOGo at the moment. As I said in the bugreport:
roundcube works, so at least we can tell our staff to use roundcube to
open these mails.

Hi MJ hope you are well. By what you are saying are you running both Roundcube
and Sogo in your environment?

I believe it's doable. I am running SOGo and groupoffice in the same
environment and a user can use whichever they want. Database is shared.
SOGo is using a VIEW of the database that I use for groupoffice.

The best approach would be for us to integrate a TNEF decoding library
(there are many out there) and do a mail part viewer in SOGo for this.
It would correctly decode the mime part and present it to the user (RTF
doc + attachments).

Yes we are. :-) Some users prefer the sogo interface, and others prefer
roundcube. In fact, we even offer (for historical reasons) squirrelmail :-)

Of course, calandering etc are only available in SOGo, the others are
just email.

well

As long as your email is accessible over imap (and I guess all modern
groupware does imap?) you can install any imap capable webaccess... So
this is not sogo-specific.

The webmail not the best choice in the most cases.
What about SMIME digital signatures? What about the encrypted mails? etc.

So, I think the webmail is only necessity, not the perfection. You need
to use mail clients for handle these problems correctly.
