Thank you, works for me (well.. first tests succeeded anyway).

/rupi

P.S. To spare some other noobs some trouble (in hindsight it seems
 obvious.. :) - If you take this to upgrade from the original
 24.0.2 release you need to bump the version (24.0.2a for example),
 not only in your update.php and file name but also in the
 'install.rdf' on root level of the extension (em:version="24.0.2a")

In 2.0.5 the sogod configuration was moved to /etc/sogo/sogo.conf.
Therefore you have to migrate as root with:

install -d -m 750 -o sogo -g sogo /etc/sogo
sudo -u sogo sogo-tool dump-defaults > /etc/sogo/sogo.conf
chown root:sogo /etc/sogo/sogo.conf
chmod 640 /etc/sogo/sogo.conf
sudo -u sogo mv ~/GNUstep/Defaults/.GNUstepDefaults
~/GNUstep/Defaults/GNUstepDefaults.old

And you also have to update sope

Also be aware, that sogod is now only listening on 127.0.0.1:2
instead of *:2.
If your apache is running on another machine, then you have to set
WOPort in your sogo configuration.

Kind regards,
Christian Mack

2013-11-27 Thread Khapare Joshi
Hi,

I have been running sogo version 2.0.4b, is there a special requirement
updating from 2.0.4b to 2.1.1a ? or yum update sogo is enough ?

[SOGo] Multiple Domains, one PostgreSQL user source / table

2013-11-27 Thread Georg Hasibether
Hi to all!

I'm trying a few hours, but i can't figure it out.
Do I have to create seperate tables in the DB for each Domain?
Or how can i define diferent id's for the domains?

at the moment with single domain config, the sogo.conf looks like:

type = sql;
  id = directory;
   viewURL = "postgresql://sogo:p...@pg.:5432/sogo/users";
canAuthenticate = YES;
isAddressBook = YES;
userPasswordAlgorithm = md5;
Is it possible to handle this with a row "ID" in the view table?

and the second question:
is it possible to write the domain config in a separate .conf file and
link it with "include path/to/domain.conf?

thanks for your help!

best regards

Georg Hasibether

Re: [SOGo] Problem with Lightning and sogo timezone

2013-11-27 Thread Stéphane PERON

Sorry,

I don't succeed in finding alone the problem with sogo and time zone

But when I go in the sogo web interface, in the preference panel, and
take a look at the timezone dropdown list .. I can see that timezones
are repeated twice !!!

E.G: Europe/Paris is displayed twice.

May be a problem with a previous update of sogo

When I execute the following command I get :
/usr/lib/GNUstep# grep -R "Europe/Paris" *
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/abbreviations.plist:
WEST = Europe/Paris;
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/abbreviations.plist:
WET = Europe/Paris;
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/abbreviations:WEMT
Europe/Paris
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/abbreviations:PMT
Europe/Paris
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/abbreviations:CEST
Europe/Paris
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/abbreviations:WEST
Europe/Paris
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/abbreviations:WET
Europe/Paris
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/abbreviations:CET
Europe/Paris
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/zones/zone.tab:FR
+4852+00220Europe/Paris
Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/regions:0
Europe/Paris

Libraries/gnustep-base/Versions/1.19/Resources/NSTimeZones/localtime:Europe/Paris
Libraries/Resources/NGCards/TimeZones/Europe/Paris.ics:TZID:Europe/Paris
Libraries/Resources/NGCards/TimeZones/Europe/Paris.ics:X-LIC-LOCATION:Europe/Paris

What could be wrong ?? How could I fix it ?

Thanks a lot for your help

Stéphane

Hi all,

As I received no answer, I come back with more information :

When I take a look at the guest side at this event, the event is
displayed in outlook ( version express 6 ) from 10 to 11 am...

Hi all,

I don't know if this problem has been discussed before ...

My configuration :
- Last version of sogo
- Thunderbird 24.0 with lightning 2.6 ( Linux & windows 7 )
- Last sogo connectors

When using lightning, I create a meeting in my sogo calendard, and I
share this meeting with someone who has an outlook calendar, I
notice that outook receive my appointment with a time difference ..

Eg : A meeting from 7 to 9 is read by outlook from 6 to 8 ...

I don't have this problem when I create the event directly from sogo
web interface ... It is only from thunderbird !!

I don't understand because the computer that is hosting sogo is on
time and my computer too ... I have configured lightning to use the
good timezone ( same defined in sogo )

Any idea ?? ( I have not this problem in lightning when I replace my
timezone with "Local time" in the event in creation )

regards

Stéphane
