[SOGo] ANN: SOGo v2.3.15

2016-09-14 Thread Ludovic Marcotte
The Inverse Team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of
SOGo v2.3.15. This is a minor release of SOGo which focuses on small new
features and improved stability over previous versions.

 What is SOGo

SOGo is a free and modern scalable groupware server. It offers shared
calendars, address books and emails through your favorite Web browser or
by using a native client such as Mozilla Thunderbird and Lightning,
Apple Calendar and Address Book (Mac OS X and iOS) and Microsoft Outlook.

SOGo is standard-compliant and supports CalDAV, CardDAV and reuses
existing IMAP, SMTP and database servers - making the solution easy to
deploy and interoperable with many applications.

SOGo features:

 * Scalable architecture suitable for deployments from dozen to many
   thousand users
 * Rich Web-based interface that shares the look and feel, the features
and the data of Mozilla Thunderbird and Lightning
 * Improved integration with Mozilla Thunderbird and Lightning by using
the SOGo Connector and the SOGo Integrator
 * Native compatibility for Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013
   and 2016
 *

Two-way synchronization support with any Microsoft
ActiveSync-capable device (Apple iOS, Android, Windows Phone,
   BlackBerry 10) or Outlook 2013/2016

 * Excellent native integration with Apple software (OS X and iOS) and
   Android-based devices

and many more! SOGo and our connectors are completely free.

 Changes from the previous release

*Enhancements*

 * [web] don't allow a recurrence rule to end before the first occurrence

*Bug fixes*

 *

[eas] properly generate the BusyStatus for normal events

 * [eas] properly escape all email and address fields
 * [eas] properly generate yearly rrule
 * [core] strip protocol value from proxyAddresses attribute (#3182)
 * [web] handle binary content transfer encoding when displaying mails

Re: [SOGo] External web calendar

2016-09-14 Thread Peter

A small precision.
The symptoms are different for Baikal and for Zimbra.
It seems that for Zimbra the error is not related to authentication:
"[ERROR] <0x0x7f6aad0cccd0[VSCardSaxDriver]> serious inconsistency among
begin/end tags"

extension.
When I check sogo.log I get "response is 401, but no www-authenticate
header is set" error.

I tested it with Zimbra 8.0 and Baikal calendars with the same results.

Is there any way to get it working?
BTW, is there any way to add such calendars to user's interfaces in
batch mode?

Sogo version is 3.1.5 stable.

Re: [SOGo] Can't do a working install

2016-09-14 Thread slavek.ba...@axis.cz
Hi Jonathan,

yes, exactly the same problem I also encountered. Next to this, you would
probably encounter for a problem due to an internal Samba headers. Both I
solved at the time when I was preparing packages for SOGo alternative apt
repository. Therefore, you can use patches from the source package, which
is available in this repository. See:

Re: [SOGo] Can't do a working install

2016-09-14 Thread Jonathan Mathews
Hi Slávek

I have tried Openchange Zentyal fork and am getting the following error:

Linking bin/openchangeclient
libocpf.so.2.3: undefined reference to `yyunput'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Makefile:1198: recipe for target 'bin/openchangeclient' failed
make: *** [bin/openchangeclient] Error 1

I presume that there is something missing from the source code.

Sincerely,
Jonathan

[SOGo] Category colors missing

2016-09-14 Thread andre.pet...@debinux.de
Hi,

I don't think this is worth a ticket as it is also only related to
nightly: We setup two dev systems from the nightly repo and found the
category color indicator missing from every calendar view.

The stable repo is missing the color indicator only when switching to
monthly overview.

Can someone confirm this? Should I consider a bug report?

Best,
André
