The main problem here seems to be that every tool is not directly interpreting the script, but some meta values. Why don't you simply share each user calendar and create private, public events with invitations? If configured with LDAP you can also use groups for invitations. An alternative is to have the "postmaster" email address forward to every users for notifications, and only make the postmaster calendar shared. Then when you want a user to create a "global" event it should create an event in its calendar and invite the postmaster user. Hope this helps. [SOGo] Support
Hello, we're using SoGo since May 2017, we have a problem and we hope you can fix. The problem is, we need shared calenders. We have created a user (postmaster) where we can add coordinate meetings, vacations, travel, etc. The problem is, every scheduled event belongs first to postmaster and this account gets the mails about invitations, response, etc., not the person who created it. So we started to create the event first in our personal calendar, and when we finish creating and inviting people we have to move the event to the shared calendar. This is very inconvenient and error prone. What can we do, that the person who creates an event is automatically the owner? Thanks for your support. -- Mit freundlichen Grüßen / With best regards Julia Schneider Voice: +49 731 98582 23 Fax: +49 731 98582 29 Email: j...@fabmation.de FABMation GmbH| Gartenstraße 36 | 89231 Neu-Ulm | Germany Geschäftsführer: Rainer Broleen Registergericht / Register Court: Amtsgericht Memmingen | HRB 11471 Umsatzsteuer-ID / VAT-ID: DE 219758905 -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
