[SOGo] IMAP Quotas not displayed

2018-11-26 Thread an...@rodier.me
Hello all,

I am using Dovecot for IMAP access. Do I have to do anything special, in SOGo,
to display the IMAP quotas?

With the same IMAP server, my quotas are displayed in Roundcube, but not in
SOGo.
The only difference is that Roundcube is using imapproxy, and SOGo is accessing
the server directly.

Thanks,
André.

I am using zentyal 5 and 5.1 or 2 different servers that I sync contacts
from. The z3 (android 8.1) will not sync unless I go and save each
contact in the web ui. Any one else have this problem.

[SOGo] strange behaviour of one user when sending attendee invitation using thunderbird

2018-11-26 Thread "J. Echter"

Hi,

i have a user i want to be an attendee of my event, so i sent him an
invitation.

So far so good.

But if the attendee accepts the invitation i get a acceptance message
from another user, i can alos see the message in the other users sent
folder.

This only happens in thunderbird, not using webmail.

So far as i can see is this the only occurrance, other users work fine
with thunderbird.

Only thing i've seen is that the user has more than one mail account
setup in thunderbird, as well in sogo.

So my question is what can be wrong in my setup?

Thunderbird Version: 60.2.1

SOGo Add-Ons are also upgraded to the latest.

SOGo Version: 2.3.23.20181125-1.el7.centos

Thanks in advance

Juergen

RE: [SOGo] s/MIME in Webmail

2018-11-26 Thread "Andreas Blaha"
Hi,

now that I have upgraded to 4.0.4 in my test environment, I have tested the
certificate feature but despite sending signed and encrypted mails with my
certificate working well in Outlook and on Apple mobile devices, the sending
of signed or encrypted mails from the web interface ends in invalid
certificate shown at the recipient’s end.

Any ideas?

best regards

Andy

your welcome ;) but yes it's a feature of 4+. Yep that's the moment to step
up your SOGo.

good luck.

Merci Quentin,

this seems to be a feature of 4+, neither on 2 nor on 3 to be found. Tx
anyway, time to step up …

Hi,

Login into SOGo, Go to Preference > Mail > Tab Imap accounts > Edit your
account , Popup window and Tab Security and this is here ;)

Have a nice day

Hi,

referring to the installation manual S/MIME should work from Webmail, by
uploading the PKS. But upload where? I seem to oversee something.

Please advise, here is the text from the instructions:

9. S/MIME Support in SOGo

SOGo supports S/MIME email signing and encryption. When receiving S/MIME
signed emails, SOGo automatically extracts the PKCS (Public-Key Cryptography
Standard) #7 signature and stores it in the user’s personal address book for
the contact associated to the email address of the email’s sender. This
certificate will allow the user to send encrypted emails to these
recipients.

User that wish to send signed emails must upload their certificate in PKCS
#12 format. When doing so, SOGo will convert the PKCS #12 file into the PEM
format and store it in the user’s preferences.

Many thanks in advance

Andy
