[SOGo] outlook anywhere ...
Hi, I have setup samba/openchange/sogo. Works over web and outlook locally. Was trying to configure outlook anywhere and have hit the following problem ... rpcproxy.wsgi exits with the following in apache's error log [:error] [pid 4743] [client 192.168.4.23:50347] mod_wsgi (pid=4743): Exception occurred processing WSGI script '/usr/lib/openchange/web/rpcproxy/rpcproxy.wsgi'. [:error] [pid 4743] [client 192.168.4.23:50347] IOError: failed to write data setting log level for rpcproxy, I get the following [:error] [pid 6149] DEBUG:openchange.web.auth.NTLMAuthHandler:response parsed: ptype: DCERPC_PKT_BIND_NAK; pfc_flags: PFC_FIRST_FRAG, PFC_LAST_FRAG; drep: 16; frag_length: 18; auth_length: 0; call_id: 1 I think it is an auth problem. However, as mentioned earlier, the same setup is working working without Outlook Anywhere/RoH (for the same user/password). Please help me identify what could be going wrong. Re: [SOGo] Outlook logon to SOGo/OpenChange/Samba fails
Hi, Solved this issue. Posting here so others can get a solution for this issue (googling for it did not give me the solution ...) It seems my kernel did not have support for xattr. Enabled it and viola, outlook synchronization succeeded. Not tested completely though, so could hit other roadblocks, but surely this issue with "OCSFolderInfoURL is not set" is gone. Re: [SOGo] Outlook logon to SOGo/OpenChange/Samba fails
Hi, ran the /setup/openchange_provision /setup/openchange_provision --openchangedb /setup/openchange_newuser --create user1 no luck!! also, I found no difference between the output of these commands when running from install vs from source. As I had mentioned in my original post, "sogoUser" is missing at the time the Exception is raised. So the contexts table is not getting populated fully/correctly. Is there any check which can be run on the tdb/ldb files under /var/lib/samba to get some idea what could be wrong? regards, --- Anantha Potty On Wed, Jun 18, 2014 at 6:59 PM, Martin Simovic wrote: > > > On 17 Jun 2014, at 19:02, Anantha Padmanaban Potty > wrote: > > and yes, I have run openchange_newuser --create USERNAME. Re: [SOGo] Outlook logon to SOGo/OpenChange/Samba fails
Hi, thanks for the reply. I have already removed /var/lib/sogo/GNUstep/Defaults/.GNUstepDefaults. The config in use file is /etc/sogo/sogo.conf and yes, I have run openchange_newuser --create USERNAME. Also run the openchange_provision and openchange_provision --openchangedb commands as instructed ... could something be missing from the openchange_newuser script? could you point me to what can be checked to verify whether the script has *REALLY* done what it is supposed to? regards, --- Anantha P K Potty On Tue, Jun 17, 2014 at 9:57 PM, Martin Simovic wrote: > Hi, > > On 15 Jun 2014, at 17:41, Anantha Padmanaban Potty > wrote: > > I have been trying to install Samba (4.1.7), OpenChange (2.1-QUADRANT) and > SOGo (and SOPE 2.2.5) from sources. > > All setup for SOGo is working fine when accessing through web and using > Thunderbird/Lightening ... > > However, on access using Outlook samba crashes with the exception > "Uncaught exception MAPIStoreIOException, reason: 'OCSFolderInfoURL' is not > set", though the setting is definitely there in /etc/sogo/sogo.conf! > > googling suggests "ln -s ~sogo/GNUstep /root". [SOGo] Outlook logon to SOGo/OpenChange/Samba fails
Hi, I have been trying to install Samba (4.1.7), OpenChange (2.1-QUADRANT) and SOGo (and SOPE 2.2.5) from sources. All setup for SOGo is working fine when accessing through web and using Thunderbird/Lightening ... However, on access using Outlook samba crashes with the exception "Uncaught exception MAPIStoreIOException, reason: 'OCSFolderInfoURL' is not set", though the setting is definitely there in /etc/sogo/sogo.conf! googling suggests "ln -s ~sogo/GNUstep /root". Tried it but no luck! Debugging a little using GDB shows that the value of user (sogoUser) is null in the function folderTableURL in OpenChange/MAPIStoreUserContext.m (with a hint to the UserContext ('self' in folderTableURL) not being populated fully?). I am appending the /etc/samba/smb.conf. Am I doing something wrong with the configuration? Is there any workaround? thanks in advance. --- Anantha P K Potty /etc/samba/smb.conf [global] workgroup = OC realm = OC.LOCAL netbios name = SERVER server role = active directory domain controller server services = s3fs, rpc, nbt, wrepl, ldap, cldap, kdc, drepl, winbind, ntp_signd, kcc, dnsupdate xattr_tdb:file = /var/lib/samba/xattr.tdb dcerpc endpoint servers = +epmapper, +mapiproxy dcerpc_mapiproxy:server = true dcerpc_mapiproxy:ndrdump = true dcerpc_mapiproxy:interfaces = exchange_emsmdb, exchange_nsp, exchange_ds_rfr interfaces = 192.168.4.11 bind interfaces only = yes [netlogon] path = /var/lib/samba/sysvol/oc.local/scripts read only = No [sysvol] path = /var/lib/samba/sysvol read only = No /etc/samba/smb.conf -- users@sogo.nu https://inverse.ca/sogo/lists
