[SOGo] Changes in webmail not syncing to iphone
It seems that changes to contacts made in web mail are not synching to the iPhones, has anyone else experienced this? Actually I think the contacts that have duplicated we're added into the phone copied from the users old phone via the cell service provider... I have noticed that it happens when there are no new mails or changes to sync and there are only a few messages in the users account. Also It is causing high battery usage. When the iPhones sync to sogo it takes about 20 seconds to finish the sync and then after a minute the same. Is there a way to get it to sync faster? I think I have the mobile access working now however the mail is not syncing HTML just plain text. Hi Christian, With regards to removing exchange profile from smartphone and re-inputing it in. This did not work as it will not connect to the server now. I should note that I did the upgrade from Ubuntu updates method. I changed the myservername to my server's url in etc/apache2/conf.d/Sogo.conf And I can login using webmail just not smartphone. The tools I was speaking of is the Webmin from the Sogo Ubuntu virtual Appliance. I found the webmin files on the Sogo download site but am not sure how to install them. [SOGo] Create new user account
I'm brand new to Sogo. I have started up ZEG appliance for VMWARE stock with no changes. I can't find out how to create a new user. when I enter the command line cn user/newuser I get "no such file or directory" Also I have tried connecting to the appliance using Apache Directory Studio using DN cn=admin,dc=example,dc=com Password sogo And I get authentication failed. Any help is greatly appreciated.
