Yes I can confirm that integration samba (4.3.9) <=> openchange (2.4) <=> sogo (3.1.4 and 2.3.13) work correctly. My Test: - SOGo webmail - OK - CALDAV-CARDAV - OK with mobile devices and thunderbird - ActiveSync - OK with mobile device - Outlook - OK. [SOGo] Upgrade to samba 4.2
Today on debian security repository was issued the Samba 4.2.0 debian package. And "apt-get upgrade" command install that package, but after installation finished samba service doesn't start correctly. Now I set hold flag on inverse package to prevent upgrade but this can be a BIG problem! [SOGo] Contacts and events search
Now sogo use 3 tables for every calendar/addressbook folder. The main table contains ICS/VCF data, _quick table contains principal data and _acl table that contains perms. If I need to filter records using structured data, I must use quick table, but I can't use all data. For example, that table contain only one telephone attribute, or email attribute... There is way to strip ics/vcf tag and save only values in a BLOB field and use it for searching? Or extend methods that save data form ics/vcf to quick? Hi sogo users, in a testing enviroment I configured Outlook 2013 with a SOGo account (with EAS) and a Exchange account (on Microsoft Exchange 2013). Using outlook client with drag and drop, I copied some contacts from exchange to sogo. After this operation in sogo database contacts are duplicate. If I copy 2 contacts, I found 4 contacts, if copy 3 contacts I found 9 contacts. I can't add account on windows phone using Active Sync SOGo feature. [SOGo] Active sync question
I configured a mail user with SOGo Active Sync server on my Android client (v 4.1.2). During peak times, server push mail on device correctly. Outside that period, I configured manually sync and doesn't receive mails. When begin push mail period I receive new mails, but not mail received by server during non peak time. I have some problems with trash folder on Outlook. And move to folder action is server side rule condition. So I can't choose rules type. If no: The rule is server side, and won't be saved if sogo not support it (I think is not supported at the moment independent of the sieve settings). So. Outlook with openchange backend won't store your server side rules, you can create them only outlook side. Unfortunately, if you see your mails through other than outlook (and your outlook is not running), these rules won't run, and won't be working. I think you really need the server side rules - they are independent from any mail client. Can sogo+openchange save this settings? Through outlook no, but through SOGo's webmail backend yes - if you previously installed and set up the sieve component for your imap server. But i have problems with folder.
My namespace config is this:

works better than before.

specify any namespaces in my config other than default settings.
My sogo.conf has:
SOGoDraftsFolderName = Drafts;
SOGoSentFolderName = Sent;
SOGoTrashFolderName = Trash;
SOGoMailSpoolPath = /var/spool/virtual/domain.name/;
...and SOGo is able to find my mailboxes.
Suppose you don't define the foldernames in sogo.conf, but only specify
the SOGoMailSpoolPath what happens???

[SOGo] Sync between server and outlook
I have problems with sync between server and outlook. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Create an appointment in outlook 2. Force folder sync (I can see appointment in SOGo webmail) 3. Edit appointment in webmail, change title. 4. Force folder sync on outlook (I can see changes) 5. Edit appointment in outlook, change title. 6. Force folder sync (I can see appointment changes in SOGo webmail) 7. Edit appointment in webmail, change title. 8. Force folder sync on outlook (I can't see changes) Seems that after first change, sync between server and client (outlook) are stopped, but only if changes come from server (webmail). Same problem on ZEG appliance. Any suggestion? After some changes in configuration file, the service start correctly and I can Add Exchange account on my devices. Mail and calendar apps are work correctly, but I can't use the addressbook. After some changes on backend carddav file, on IPad and IPhone can use also contacts, but on Android (2.3.6 and 4.1) and Windows phone devices doesn't works. With carddav app on android I can correctly sync my contacts, but I wouldn't use it. Can someone help me? Hi everyone, on documentation file, after any add user operation on samba4, I must call openchange_newuser --create username command, to extend user properties. But if my samba4 is joined to MS ADS, how can automate this process? I can create a user from ADS console, and I suppose that this user can't login on sogo backend. Hi sogo users, I'm using last sogo release with MySQL backend for calendars e contacts data. For every calendar folder, sogo create 3 tables, with VCAL data, exploded event data (quick table) and acl data. All datetime data are stored in timestamp format in INT field. But int fields are limited and in recurring events with no end date, c_cycleenddate is 2147483647 (max for int field). Hello Christian, for this operation I used Microsoft Outlook 2010. This operation is only for testing purposes. OK, thanks for the answer. For me is only a test, If i create a calendar on the same level it work correctly. [SOGo] Problem with recurring events
Hello sogo users, I have a problem with recurring events. If I create a recurring event on Outlook 2010, Sogo correctly save the data on the database. When I create an exception (I edit an instance of a recurring event), I see the exception on the client, but after folder update, the exception disappears and I go back to the original situation (no exceptions). [SOGo] Problem with shared calendars

I have problem with shared calendar.
My situaation:
