Hi,

we observe this problem also.

We use Win7 64Bit with Firefox 32 & 64 Bit (same error)

when you forward or answer to a mail the browser tab crashes.

You see the send acknowledge and then the whole sogo closes. Also the
delete button has no function.


The only way to bypass this error is the button "open in new mail
window" then all Buttons and functions are working.

maybe this little trick help your customer to survive since a patch is
available

Did a grep on a sogo.log of a day when both clients were connected
(different IPs).
There is no DeviceID connected through different IPs. There is no IP
with connections using the same DeviceID.

Btw. There are 12 different deviceIDs associated to this user. Most of
them without traces in sogo.log.
