That option equals the number of workers use, when sogod is started by
systemd or init V.
You can set WOWorkersCount in sogo.conf, but this will only be used,
when sogod is started manually (e.g. for debugging).

You should read
https://sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGoInstallationGuide.html#_general_preferences

Check the preferences of that user.
Did she disable being invitable?
Did she have an empty whitelist for that?
Perhaps it will help to add someone to the whitelist.

If that workaround helps, it is a bug ;-)

Hi Christian,

in user prefrences was not disable to being invitable, so I just check
it and add a user to whitelist. After this Sogo works fine and still
works fine after uncheck being invitable.

So I will open a bug :-)
Thanks

Re: [SOGo] Proxy error

2013-09-11 Thread labolinux

Good morning,
we finally resolved the proxy error issue.
the error was due to postgresql which was not allowing access from local
IPv6 address ::1/128 .

to resolve the issue we changed in the file /var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_hba.conf:
/* # IPv6 local connections:**
**hostall all ::1/128  ident*/

to
/*# IPv6 local connections:
hostall all ::1/128 md5*/

we hope it'll help other people.
Thank you all for your help.

we stuck with that proxy error.
you are stuck with a db connection issu, sogo cannot connect to the

Have you checked the postgres logs? anything relevant? SSL issue?
What does tcpdump -i lo port 5432 tell about the connection?

[SOGo] Proxy error

2013-09-10 Thread labolinux

Hi,
we installed sogo on centOS 6.3, we configured it.Users can have acces to
their account but we got this error when they want to access the
AddressBook.

 Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the
request/GET /SOGo/so/sogo.administrator/Contacts/view
http://sonerep.com/SOGo/so/sogo.administrator/Contacts/view/.

Reason:*Error reading from remote server*

How can we resolve it?
Thanks in advance!

Is there anything relevant in sogo.log when this happens?
Does it occur for a specific event, or does it crash on all of them?
If it is a single event, you could try posting the event's raw source

Hello,

do you have other ideas how i can solve that problem!?
Maybe the new Kernel is the cause?
Its definately complete virtual Server - so Hardware shouldnt be the cause.

AW: [SOGo] Proxy Error while saving preferences

2012-03-14 Thread m_brunnl
I have checked some other user accounts for this proxy error.
So it seems to be an individual problem for my account. This leads to the
conclusion that the cause could be the manually migration of sieve rules
from roundcube to sogo.
As sogo saves its sieve rules in a huge array in the database as part of the
user profile, I converted existing rules to the database representation.
I inserted the new rules and as intended they are correctly loaded into sogo
webinterface. After that I had a look at the generated sogo.sieve file on
which managesieve determines its rule application. As this file seems to be
left in old state, I wanted to force sogo to generate a new sogo.sieve file
from database using the save preferences mechanism.
Unfortunately while saving I got the proxy error the first time. So I
restored the old database entries for my profile in order to get rid of this
problem, but nothing new... the proxy error occurs whenever I want to save
my settings although I restored the original settings.

Any new ideas how to get rid of the proxy error?

[SOGo] Proxy error in Preferences since Sogo v2.0.0beta1 2

2011-10-21 Thread dbayle
Hi, since the update to latest SOGo betas, we lost the capacity to edit
Prefenrences through SOGo interface.

I made some search regarding this problem, I assume this is a proxy error issue
linked to Forward and Sieve that are enable and needed in our configuration;
but we need it of course.

I also tried this with no effect:

keyWOPort/key
string2/string

Our sogo is running on port 443 only, proxy is default on port 2. Our
configuration uses postfix+dovecot-deliver+sieve. (IMAPS/POPS only.)

Could you help ? it would be much appreciated.

Regards,

David.

Of course, here is our configuration file:

So far my sogo is working perfectly, however I get proxy error now and then.
Trying to know the root cause. some thread talked about increasing
SxVMemlimit size, in that case i increased to 712. this happens when I am

I have also use PREFORK=4

I set both to NO, reading the config pdf SOGoForwardEnabled defaults to NO

behaviour.
After all I did expect this since this options only changes the login name.

The problem probably is that all these IMAP options only change the behaviour
how to
handle the IMAP server, but there is no option like do not use it at all.

I have got the same error. The problem probably is that I did not configure
the IMAP settings in GNUstepDefaults and did not set up an IMAP server
 because we don't need it.

[SOGo] Proxy-Error Webmailclient after update to 1.3.7

2011-05-04 Thread Martin Rabl

Hi,

after updating SOGo to 1.3.7 the Webmailclient does not run anymore
(Before, with 1.3.6, it runs quite good).
The only you get is the Mail-View, but without all Folders (in the
Folder view left) and Messages in the Message view.

Looking into the http stream shows an 502 Proxy Error.

The Apache-Error-Log says something like
proxy: error reading status line form remote server 127.0.0.1
and
proxy: Error reading from remote server returned by
/SOGo/so/mra/Mail/0/mailboxes

OS is Ubuntu 10.04, Login into dovecot runs (no error)

A logfile of the request for the Mail-View you will find at
http://www.rablnet.de/sogo-logs/sogo-imap-session.log

Any idea where the error could be? Configuration wasn't changed, as I
said: before update it runs.

Thanks,

[SOGo] Proxy Error after upgrade

2011-04-12 Thread john Marsetta

Hi,

I think I sent some a direct mail by mistake sorry about that,
after the upgrade I'm getting a proxy error with no webui at all, I went
into the httpd config for sogo and added the port machine name and uri.
The log only has two warnings, one regarding imap pooling and the other
about bindfield formats. Could i have messed up the httpd sogo file?
it's configured for SSL, but I don't see anything in the http sogo file
for that.

I'm not sure how co copy it from Lightning. When I do copy on task it just
paste the content that I've emailed before.

You could send us privately that file and we could test it. You might
have a broken event in there that cause the import process to fail.
