Trusty 64-bit packages are now available. Precise is next.

For those testing the nightly builds
(http://inverse.ca/downloads/SOGo/RHEL6/nightly/x86_64/RPMS/) , we've
just made available updated packages for the upcoming v2.2.18 release,
including updated OpenChange 2.3 packages (using Zentyal's fork).

The packages for Debian/Ubuntu will follow, but any testing on what's in
there right now would be welcome.

Thanks!

Ok, thanks...

Any idea for an ETA for when it might happen? One thing that 4.2
provides that I have been waiting for for a long time is password policy
support (lock-out, etc)...

Thanks,

Because samba 4.2.x series don't expose the DEBUG() in its public
libraries any longer and it is the logging system OpenChange has been
using ever since.

We therefore need time to make the transition.

Julien.

Hello

This may very also very likely be a good moment to ship openchange-2.3
along with samba 4.1.18.

When this update?

This version fix some bugs?

Why not 4.2.1? Lots of really nice improvements in 4.2.x...

Ludovic,

Note that there is also a PR coming and required for asynchronous
notifications (automatic Outlook Inbox refresh) to work with upstream sogo.

It would be good if you could synchronize with Julio to ship it in time
in 2.2.18.

This may very also very likely be a good moment to ship openchange-2.3
along with samba 4.1.18.

Cheers,
Julien.
