configuration: Apache or Tomcat

2006-07-26 Thread Juba

Please, I've already posted this question twice and nobody help me.
My problem is that I created on address to my application through the
file httpd.conf of Apache pointing to the server where are installed
Tomcat and my application. When I access the application by this
address, the Tomcat creates more than one session for the same user. So
the application lost the user's information and doesn't work.
Accessing the application by the server's ip address and application's
name everything works fine.

what's can be happening?

sorry by my English

Juba

Tomcat start new session

2006-07-12 Thread Juba
Hello, I am using Tomcat 5.5.17 and when I run my application I notice
that Tomcat creates more than 1 session when an user log in my
application. And when this happen I can't recover information about the
users and the application's applets can't load correctly. My doubt is if
I have to make some configurations in Tomcat. Localy and accessing the
server by the ip address plus the port plus the applications's name the
application runs normally. The problem just happens when I access my
application by a virtual host installed in my network(another server).

Any hints?

thanks

Juba
