Hi, I'm a new user of java and tomcat. I have installed jdk 1.3. I downloaded the apache tomcat 4.1. But everytime I start the server, the following message comes up and then closes. The error message starts out as ... [ERROR] Digester -- Begin event threw exception java.util.missingresourceexception: can't find the bundle for base name or org.apache.coyote.tomcat4.LocalStrings.locale en_US
