The problem was in missing dependence:

   dependency
   groupIdorg.apache.wicket/groupId
   artifactIdwicket-auth-roles/artifactId
   version${wicket.version}/version
   /dependency

I'm trying to implement custom authorization, but I get this error 
[1]. Relevant part of code [2] isn't spectacular.

wicket.version1.4.9/wicket.version
JRE: java-6-sun-1.6.0.10

I've googled for this exception, but without any success.
