Here is a little Perl magic which should save you few hours next time
you need to delete such artefacts
this one will *only* print which files will be deleted:
find /tmp/m2repo/ -type f | xargs perl -e 'foreach $arg (@ARGV) {$arg =~
m/^(.*\/)+(\w+-\d\.\d+-\d+.*)$/; print $2\n}'
this one will actually delete them:
find /tmp/m2repo/ -type f | xargs perl -e 'foreach $arg (@ARGV) {$arg =~
m/^(.*\/)+(\w+-\d\.\d+-\d+.*)$/; unlink $arg if $2;}'
