Re: [xwiki-users] Problem with the new blog application running on XWiki 1.1.1
Ok, thanks Vincent. But the problem is that I've tried to install the new Blog app on my own personal website (www.antoniogoncalves.org) which is hosted in a much older XWiki farm (1.1.1). I don't know what the new blog apps requires but probably at least 1.7.x. Raffaello said he would update the JUG farm to a newer version a while back. I don't know the status. I've cced him. The new blog application works with recent (= 1.7) versions of XE (at least somehow original versions). To fix your problems, you must: - use a recent version of the macros.vm file, which contains the preparePagedViewParams macro (you can just copy it into from a downloaded XE distribution into your installation) - install and enable the ssx and jsx plugins - install and enable the JsxAction and SsxAction Struts actions These tasks can be done in older version of XE, too, if you don't want to upgrade. -- Sergiu Dumitriu http://purl.org/net/sergiu/ ___ users mailing list users@xwiki.org http://lists.xwiki.org/mailman/listinfo/users -- -- Antonio Goncalves (antonio.goncal...@gmail.com) Software architect Paris JUG leader : www.parisjug.org Web site : www.antoniogoncalves.org Blog: jroller.com/agoncal LinkedIn: www.linkedin.com/in/agoncal ___ users mailing list users@xwiki.org http://lists.xwiki.org/mailman/listinfo/users
