VM重启后所有数据丢失，系统进入初使化状态

大家好！
  我这边遇到一个非常严重的问题，请大家指导一下。

  环境如下：CENTOS 6.5+KVM+CloudStack 
4.4。网络方案是自己定义的：来宾类型=Shared，选择了DHCP,DNS这二项服务，启用了保护模式。
 通过模板创建 Windows 2003系统。


  使用过程中，点了这个重新启动实例按钮后，有提示以下错误“Service UserData is not supported in the 
network id=204”。

 然后发现虚拟机状态为Stop，点击启动虚拟机后，发现虚拟机进入初使化状态（就像第一次通过模板部署虚拟机一样）。然后系统内所有 
数据没掉，ROOT盘跟DATA盘数据都没有了。DATA盘变成了未初使化。

关于网络方案设置问题

大家好！

   我用CS4.4.0 +CentOS 
6.5+KVM，采用基础网络、用的系统自带的网络方案【DefaultSharedNetworkOffering】。启动区域后CPVM,SSVM状态一直是 
Starting 。在Management 端没有异常日志。在Agent 端有以下报错，请帮分析下谢谢

VMWARE 5.5 通过vCenter 建立的虚拟机默认都 是10版本的。   VMWARE 已经抛弃Vsphere client 了。已经转向WEB端。

请问vmware 5.5中使用cloudstack4.3创建出来的虚拟机版本为什么都是版本10？


这会导致一个问题，使用vsphere client不能编辑该虚拟机了。

存储还是0KB

请求一下  系统虚拟机，SSVM 已经正常启动了，但是我的辅助存储还是0KB,这个应该怎么查？
