Identifies and documents business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities. · Collects and organizes data. · Conducts interviews to gather business requirements, performs business process analysis and needs assessments. Supports industry, competitive and company analyses (strategic, financial, operational), business case development, as well as market research for benchmarking. · Assists in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities. · Performs PMO activities related to project time tracking, work plan updates, service metric reporting, and related project administration tasks. · Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs, understanding of business systems, and industry requirements. · Analyses an organization and designs its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. · Assesses current state, identifies customer requirements, and defines the future state and/or business solution.
