*Job Title : Senior Tester/Test lead (H/W Migration)*

*Location : Milwaukee, WI*

*Duration :  Long Term Contract*



*Job Responsibilities:*



·         Close coordination with project teams to plan schedule testing
activities inline with the application migration schedule

·         Define appropriate test methodologies and approach for projects
where testing is in scope

·         Define test strategy for overall application migration testing
program

·         Create test plans and estimations based on the application
requirements, timelines

·         Working experience in testing large application migration programs

·         Able to do feasibility analysis for automation testing to speedup

·         Candidate should be hands on- should be able to create and write
test cases depending on the requirements, execute test results

·         Working knowledge on defect management process/defect triaging
process.

·         Able to work on test management tool like HP QC, Jira etc..

·         Coordinate with offshore team for testing activities

·         Liaison with client stakeholders to identify and suggest
different testing approaches as per needs

·         Attend the meetings with client and have clear communication with
offshore

·         Identify opportunities for process improvements

·         Gather and document software specifications and share with
offshore team

·         Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional
team members;

·         Identify any potential quality issues per defined process

·         Communicate updates regarding new feature releases and bug fixes
to relevant stakeholders;

leadership skills

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written
communication & influencing skills

·         Should have Handled teams in multiple location

·         Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices to
ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude,
confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.

·         Experience establishing and running an automated test practice

·         Familiar with modern Agile testing practices

·         Worked in a Continuous Deployment environment with automation
playing a central part to delivery

·         Familiar with Continuous Integration and build automation tools
and practices

·         Experience testing mobile in an automated fashion

·         Preferably engineering degree BE/BS/MS
