USG direct client is looking for* Linux Admin at** Scottsdale AZ* *Job Title: Linux Admin* *Location: Scottsdale AZ* *Interview Type: Phone & Skype or F2F* *Client : TCS/CVS* *Duration: 12+ Months* *JOB DESCRIPTION:-* · 8-10 year’s of experience as Linux Engineer/Administrator ( must have) · In-depth knowledge of RHEL 6 · Strong Linux system administration (RedHat) and troubleshooting skills. · Solid ability to troubleshoot a variety of performance issues (with cpu/mem/disk) and other problems. · Performance tuning in RedHat Linux · Good knowledge of basic Networking (TCP/UDP/DNS/Subnets/MTU etc) · Strong understanding of init scripts, creating new filesystems, /proc and other sysadmin essentials. · Understanding of Raid Levels (Raid 1,5,1+0, 0+1) · Monitoring of Linux servers using Nagios or any monitoring tool · Experience with system management tools, logical file systems etc. · Experience in Production Server Environment. · Experience in managing enterprise Linux environment with 1000’s of physical servers. · Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. · Big Data /Hadoop knowledge will be a big added advantage. · RedHat Satellite Server knowledge or any other system build tools. · Knowledge of configuration management tools like Puppet. · Experience on any disaster recovery (DR) process/procedures. *Scripting:(Added Advantage)* · Knowledge of BASH required · Prior experience writing bash scripts with 100’s lines of code. · BASH functions, loops, command line arguments · Usage of AWK, SED etc. · Certification in RedHat Linux * Please share your updated resume at *akansh...@usgrpinc.com* or feel free to contact me at **614-401-5194* *Thanks * *AkanshaUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
