*Role Description*

·         Oracle CRM on Demand Support Monitor ServiceNow Queues for Oracle
on demand CRM

·         Acknowledge and timely complete service requests

·         Support the user on business access particularly on homebuilding
instances

·         Generate report

·         Service Requests

·         Perform regression testing for Oracle on demand CRM instances
upgrade

·         Provide technical support for Oracle on demand CRM

*Competencies *

·         Oracle CRM Functional Service (Support), ServiceNow

*Essential Skills *

·         Experience on Oracle CRM on Demand, Need to have excellent
communication skils and knowledge of ServiceNow tool



*Desirable Skills *

·         ITIL process, SQL
