· Strong Problem solving and analytical skills

· System Admin experience working in Linux Environment (reducing
file sizes, running sudo commands, etc )

· Call Center Experience

· Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, SAN,

· Experience with Analytical tools using visual and correlation
analysis is a plus

· Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and
operational excellence
Level 2/3 support for IT Operations
