  Job Title: IT - Technical Test Lead | Data Services Testing | Test Data
Management



Job Details: Review the demos of existing systems, create requirement
documents, estimate effort, review test design/plans and test cases, ensure
optimum test environment is setup, and coordinate with client and internal
team on status updates WITH the objective of ensuring the highest levels of
service offerings to clients in testing WITHIN the guidelines, policies and
norms of Infosys.



Must Have Skills (Top 2 technical skills only) 1.Mainframe Testing 2. Unix
and SDLC Knowledge Nice to have skills 1. Automation On UFT



Desired years of experience : 7 +

Education/ Certifications (Required) : B.E or B Tech Top 3 responsibilities
you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:

1. Able to coordinate with Client and discuss any open requirements 2.
Coordinate with Offshore team and assign daily deliverables for project
execution 3. Able to do Hands-on on mainframe batch execution and provide
results to Business Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with
business users?

culture, soft skills, and dress code, Hours?

Team Size – 5

Hours – 8 hrs per day at Office and daily offshore coordination during
offshore Are you open to candidates from other states who can relocate to

Due to tremendous growth, our direct client is looking for another QA
Tester to join their energetic, fast paced team! The selected QA Tester
will be equally comfortable in manual and automated testing within an Agile
environment. The selected QA Test resource  will develop and execute
software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.


*Major Job Duties and Responsibilities*:

   - Review and approve test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures in QTP
   and HPQC
   - Review and approve testing programs that addresses areas such as
   database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
   - Review documentation of software defects and assign software
   developers to investigate and resolve the issue
   - Review and approve test schedules or strategies in accordance with
   project scope or delivery dates
   - Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance
   or completeness or to mitigate risks
   - Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional
   requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems


*Education/Experience*

   - Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant
   field required
   - 6+ years experience required

Responsibility level

   - Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor


*Skills: REQUIRED*

   - Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills,
   customer service and interpersonal skills
   - Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time
   - Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive
   performance feedback
   - Strong knowledge of the practical application of engineering science
   and technology
   - Strong knowledge of computer development software, such as Microsoft
   Visual Basic, Linux, JavaScript, etc
