Detailed Job Description:

Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *

1. SQL Server 2016 Development

2. SSIS

3. Oracle PLSQL



Strong SQL Server experience Proficient with SQL, SSIS, and bulk loads.

Experience with SQL Developer Tool TOAD, SQL Nav, or Oracle Developer.

Understanding of Extract Transform Load.

Strong team player with good communication skills.

Ability to work independently and or as part of a team with minimum
supervision TFS source control knowledge a plus. Project duties may include
but are not limited to Perform source



Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Extractconvert data from Oracle 10g to SQL Server 2016

2. Develop and test SSIS and stored procedures between SQL Server databases

3. Create and run tests, compare and validate results between Oracle and
SQL Server Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business
users?

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science or information
technology.

5+  years experience with MS SQL Server 2008 R2 & 2012

3+  years experience with MS SQL Server 2008 R2 & 2012 Reporting Services
(SSRS)

3+  years experience with MS SQL Server 2008 R2 & 2012 Integration Services
(SSIS)

3+ years experience with MS SQL Server 2008 R2, 2012 & 2014 Analysis
Services & Cubes (SSAS)

T-SQL Database Stored Procedure development & maintenance

Ability to understand business and financial concepts

Experience in both OLTP & OLAP environments to include support of
Application Development Cycles

Solid understanding of SQL Server locking, indexing and error handling.

Strong understanding of how to maximize SQL Server application scalability,
performance, recoverability and maintainability.

Experience using Visual Studio - Business Intelligence Development Studio
(BIDS) for SSRS Report Development.

Microsoft Certification desired.

Experience with MS SQL Server 2014

Experience with Source Control applied to DB Development

Experience with MS TFS

Experience with Red Gate tools

Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0
