This individual ideally would have 4-5 years or more experience with HDFS, Hive, Spark, Scala, Impala, Kudu, and other big data / Hadoop ecosystem technologies. Expert level proficiency in these technologies needed to be an authoritative source in advising, guiding, and mentoring less experienced resources.
