The ideal person will provide leadership, direction, coordination, communications and coaching for the project team during their day-to-day management of the project. This position is a perfect match for a hands-on expert in project planning and execution, including: scope definition and management, task and resource scheduling, cost and price budgeting, quality review and assurance. *RESPONSIBILITIES* - Drive the planning and implementation of the supply chain/fulfillment project as part of the IT Strategic Plan with a cross functional team of business partners. - Use established project management methodology/tools to produce and maintain deliverables. - Develop and execute the project plan, which includes work plans, schedules, milestones, critical paths, budgets, project scope and deliverable/responsibility matrices - Track any issues, assess their impact and drive to resolution. - Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, and on-scope delivery of the assigned IT projects. *REQUIREMENTS* - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering - 5+ years experience in IT project management - PMP Certification desirable - Specific expertise in Retail business and Retail technologies a plus - Broad knowledge across the entire supply chain: manufacturing, inventory management, logistics planning, distribution and transportation - Technical Project Management expertise across the entire lifecycle: requirements, design, code, test, deploy - Business Project Management expertise: training, communications, metrics, business requirements - Ability to learn/understand functionality of multiple logistics-related systems, for ex: OMS, WMS and TMS - Proven project and people leadership skills - Customer delight mentality - Ability to work with and communicate to a wide variety of audiences, across many segments and levels of the organization, both business and technical, while working independently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including C-Level and Sr. Management presentations Thanks, *Neha Kumari |* *Technical Recruiter* | *Apetan Consulting LLC* Tel:201-620-9700* 106 | Fax: 201-526-6869 | *Mail *: 72 van reipen ave pmb#255, Jersey City, NJ 07306 | *Corp.
