*Note:* Candidate can work with the team not only to extract data
(from the remedy ticket system) from previous year / months, and report on
it.
Also put in place a technical process that allows
automated capture of data points (such as being able to tag with metadata
the classicization of tickets etc.) going forward as the team works tickets
· Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and
provide ongoing reports
· Develop and implement data collection systems and other
strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
· Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain
databases/data systems Excel/ SQL Skill set
· Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and
database (SQL).
· Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and
provide ongoing reports
· Defines data definitions and documents data limitations.
