Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *SAP FICO Consultant* *6 months* *Deerfield, IL (LOCALS)* *Phone and F2F* ** 50% development / 50% analysis * ** some remote work an option* ** need to be used to working independently on smaller teams (this person is working with 2-3 people max) * The SAP FI/CO Developer Analyst will be responsible for automating as much as possible within SAP. The company is on SAP ECC 6.0 with the latest Enhancement Pack. The position will require about 50% development and 50% analysis. The following changes will need to be made in this project: 1. Full integration of all JP Morgan Chase Banking transactions into SAP, which would require: Configuration of the BCAA process within SAP – this process maps and records all banking transactions directly into SAP General ledger. Benefits include: Timely (daily) entry of all banking transactions Accurate postings with little to no manual intervention Improved month-end account reconciliations 2. Create an additional payment method (ACH – automated clearing house EFT payments) and create and send a positive pay file each day a check payment run is executed. Create a new payment method (A), which would include all domestic ACH payments made to both vendors and employees who choose this payment method vs. checks. Benefits include: Costs of check vs. ACH - $2.50-$3.50 for a manual check vs. $.15--$.25 for an ACH Better cash flow and cash management Less outstanding checks to reconcile and research or possibly escheat Create a positive pay file each day a check payment run is executed. Benefits include: Complete elimination of fraudulently presented/cashed checks. This prevention method has been in existence since the 1990’s and should be enabled as soon as possible. 3. Explore the possibility of requesting a remote scanner from JP MC.
