*MUST HAVE SKILLS:*
• 8+ years’ experience in managing service delivery of application
development project using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Leading Scrum meeting as Scrum master
• In depth experience and excellent understanding of Agile concepts
like ? Usage of JIRA for user story management, Product backlog, sprint
retrospective, Epics, User Stories, Sprint Burn down etc.
• Good expertise on service delivery risk management
• Good understanding of status reporting, risk management,
communication management and stakeholder management
• Working experience in multi-vendor and matrix organization
• Experience with global delivery model
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Excellent customer handling and relationship building skills.
