Please find the below job description and help me with couple of profiles. *Location: Los Angeles, CA (Need H1B with submission)* *Duration: 6+ months contract * *The responsibilities of the “Service Now” Developer include the following:* · Support in the configuration of “Service Now” (menus, fields, minor work-flow changes, etc.) · Developing “Service Now” work flows based on business process requirements; · Optimizing workflow, integration and other aspects of the tools utility in a system management environment; · clearly understand/review the customers’ design standards vis-à-vis the organization's design standards and suggest improvements; · Understand the Service Level Agreement for supported environment · Working with different application and modules of Service Now like: Incident, Problem, Change, Users, Groups, Roles Business Service, Service Catalogs, CMS, Report, Email Notification, Inbound Email Action, Creating Custom Application and Module. · Working with different scripting of Service Now like: Client Script, Business Rule, Script Include, UI Action, UI Policy, and UI Page. · Moving Customizations and data from One instance to other by using Update Set, XML Transfer and Import Set · Working with different workflow for Service Request, Change etc. · Working with Welcome Page, Survey and Content Management System for ESS Portal. · Test every customization before UAT. *Job Requirements* · Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or similar technical field required; · Working experience with the “Service Now” (front or back-end) tool suite is mandatory; · Advanced knowhow in JavaScript; · Knowledge about web service technology and databases would be desired; · Good English communications skill to communicate effectively with team members and customers; · Ability to work in a global team; · Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in IT industry, ITIL v3 certification would be a plus; · Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. -- Thanks & regards, *Rohit Gupta* *VBeyond Corporation* Office : (908) 988-0329 EXT: 222 Mail : roh...@vbeyond.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "USITCV" group.
