*Sr. Business Systems Analyst* *Fort Worth TX* *Duration :- 6+ Month * *Need Local* Job Description: · The Business Analyst is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software. · This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. · The Business Analyst ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to security policies and organizational values. · Creates, maintains, and owns infrastructure related technical specifications, designs, and schedules with little direction from manager. Forges strong relationships across departments, communicates infrastructure needs and interests to project teams and others. Qualifications: · Bachelors Degree preferred in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent enterprise experience · MCSA Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) &/or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) · Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Certification a plus · Infrastructure Engineer related solutions for various projects and operational needs. · Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. · Develop and maintain installation and configuration documents. · Contribute to and maintain system and security standards. · Research and recommend innovative and, where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. · Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale. · 5-7 years of strong background and Experience with Windows-based (Server 2003/2008 & 2012). · 5+ years experience with VMware/hypervisor · 5 + years Application administration, monitoring and supporting · Proficient with deployments, Installs, configurations, maintenance, and patching of multiple application servers apache-tomcat · Experience in Jboss and PostgreSQL is a plus · Thorough understanding of enterprise system design challenges. · Under Graduate degree in CS/CE/MIS or Engineering/Technology or related field. · Professional level vendor certifications, such as ITIL, VMware, Microsoft, and/or Linux. · Design, review, analyze, develop, implement and maintains complex software applications and services. · Work closely with software architects to ensure decisions meet long term enterprise growth needs · Maintain current applications which include, but is not limited to, deploying bug fixes and feature enhancements, researching/troubleshooting issues, and performance tuning · Troubleshoot and debug complex issues; Identify and implements solutions. · Research and implement new technologies and patch sets to enhance current processes, security and performance · Develop and Maintain system and application documentation with regard to troubleshooting, maintenance, start/stop, logging, etc. · Participate in a duty rotation providing 24 x 7 supports of production systems and applications. · Experience implementing application & system monitoring tools · Have understanding of Java applications, and J2EE framework. · Identity Management including with LDAP / Active Directory · Must have Networking Knowledge (Sockets, TCP/IP, UDP) · Ability to scrutinize applications and services to ensure they adhere to security standards. · Demonstrated Agile methodology experience, including technology delivery methods · Knowledge of working in a SOX/PCI Compliance environment · Excellent verbal and written communication 3+ yrs Working experience in these areas: · Windows server ( 2003, 2008 and 2012) · Enterprise experience for LDAP/Active Directory · Citrix · Application Support · Issue /problem management and troubleshooting · Change Management process Regards- *Alok Kumar* 501, S.
