*Job Title: BI Analyst Location: Santa clara, CA* *Duration: 8+ Months* *Job Description:-* experience in MSBI Project Manager Strong Technical and Functional experience. MSBI (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS), Business Analytics experience. • Experience with large scale technical project management in large, complex environments. • Experience leading development of end-to-end Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence solutions. Proven experience in offshore delivery of Microsoft software environment Should have managed teams from client site to offshore (end to end responsibility) in delivering large programs and proven track record of managing project deliverables on time. Strong Communication skills and ability to confidently communicate a point of view Track team statistics on project metrics and drive improvement (milestones met, completions within estimate, completions on schedule, etc.) *Duties & Responsibilities* Maintain awareness of new technologies, plan & oversee implementation & adoption of new technologies. Handle project assignments and training opportunities to grow capabilities of each team member Maintain awareness of work assignments and progress for each team member. Ensure each team member has an appropriate challenging workload *Desirable Functional Skills * Demonstrated advanced project management soft skills, including tolerance for ambiguity, ability to earn the trust of stakeholders, ability to motivate team members, tenacious problem ownership, the ability to deliver bad news gracefully, and a dedication to customer advocacy. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interaction ability. • Analytical skills • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job entails an extensive amount of travel. The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
