Development in C# and Python. Strong developer who has solid experience
with C# and SQL.  Designed and developed an assessment component that would
generate dynamic reports based on needs using C#.NET and Python.



*Roles & Responsibilities:*

developed an assessment component that would generate dynamic reports based
on needs using C#.NET and Python.



Working knowledge of IVR is desired.



Phase I

• Modify the existing IVR Reporting solution to extract call
data from new servers

• Test the existing IVR Reporting solution on the existing IVR
Reporting server and verify that all functions are working correctly

• Provide support and troubleshooting

• Document all changes

Phase II

• Install and configure software and SQL database on a new IVR
Reporting server

• Migrate the existing IVR Reporting solution to the new IVR
Reporting server

• Test the existing IVR Reporting solution on the new IVR
Reporting server and verify that all functions are working correctly

• Provide support and troubleshooting

• Document all changes and create a runbook

• Perform knowledge transfer
