Ettus Research, a National Instruments brand, is proud to announce the USRP
N300 Software Defined Radio (SDR) device. The USRP N300 is the lower cost
variant of the USRP N310. Likewise, this SDR delivers reliability and fault
tolerance for deployment and gives you the unique capability to remotely
perform tasks such as software updating, rebooting, factory resetting,
self-testing, host PC/ARM debugging, and system health monitoring.

The RF front end uses one AD9371 transceiver to provide 2X2 MIMO
capability, up to 100 MHz of instantaneous bandwidth, and an extended
frequency range from 10 MHz to 6 GHz. The baseband processor uses the
Xilinx Zynq-7035 SoC to deliver real-time and low-latency processing as
well as stand-alone operation. You can deploy applications directly to the
preinstalled embedded Linux OS or stream samples to a host computer using
multiple high-speed interface options.

The USRP N300 features a flexible synchronization architecture with support
for clock reference, PPS time reference, GPSDO, and Ethernet-based
synchronization using White Rabbit. White Rabbit is an open source timing
protocol that provides precise baseband synchronization over large
distances in GPS-denied environments. For more information on this unique

The open source USRP Hardware Driver™  (UHD) API and RF Network-on-Chip
(RFNoC™) FPGA development framework help you reduce your software
development effort and integrate with a variety of industry-standard tools
such as GNU Radio. You can rapidly prototype and reliably deploy designs
for a variety of SDR applications such as wireless testbed, remote radio
heads, spectrum monitoring, and more.
