Unless someone has pre-written a path for this, the easiest way is going to
be to pull out your users' information from MySQL and manually re-add them to
the LDAP database.  You'll need to make sure that you preserve the directory
field especially.

You may want to simply generate an LDIF from the MySQL database.  If you're
familiar with MySQL, LDAP, and any sort of scripting language that can call 
MySQL
functions, you should be good to go.

Is it possible to convert from MySQL to LDAP authentication in any sort
of a sane manner?

I'm trying to couple two systems together, one of them being
closed-source. The only available way to couple qmail together with my
CS application without programming an intermediary black-box is to
convert my qmail back-end to LDAP.
