Can you just put an empty .over-quota.msg in the domain directory to 
disable the over quota message.

Assuming that we can truncate the bounced message to a certain size, it
would 
be useful to notify the recipient as well as the sender about e-mail
account 
being over quota.

Any pointers on how to accomplish this ?
