The 3.4.11-2 code used mktemp in the roaming user code. This
has been changed. Download the latest release and you won't
see this warning.

It's a freebsd warning. 

Funny note: the latest beta mysql client libraries use mktemp
and freebsd pumps out the same complaint when linking with
mysql client

FreeBSD I assume?

Basicly, the C compiler on FreeBSD is a bit more sensitive then Linux
dito.. If you want to remove it you could change all the mktemp() to
mkstemp() as they work the same way (from a programming point-of-view),
or you can just ignore the warning.

Is there any reasons why this is not in the main distro? AFAIK mkstemp()
should be safer then mktemp().
