Hi again

It's now 2 weeks since I downgraded from 0.8.2 to 0.8.0 and the above 
problems have not reappeared.

I'll be holding off upgrading again, until absolutely necessary!

Try to adjust the A/V offset in xine-ui by pressing the keys M, N 
or HOME. I'm not sure whether the set offset is persistent.

I also have consistent audio sync problems on playback.  The audio is about 1/4
