Some channels don't use the language code the way it is supposed to be used (namely to specidy the *language*), but rather use arbitrary stuff like 2ch or dd. Since these are not defined language codes, VDR doesn't recognize these when trying to select a preferred language. That's why setting no preferred audio language helps. Maybe it would help if lots of people wrote to the broadcaster and complained about this... Is there another possibility to tell VDR to use the dd Track although it has a non standard name?
