[Veritas-bu] Moving tapes to a different pool.

2007-04-30 Thread Whelan, Patrick
Has anyone tried this successfully and consistently? I have done it for
one tape and everything seemed to work, but I wanted to know if anyone
has tried it before doing the rest of the tapes.

Scratch tapes to a different pool or written-to tapes?

It's been a while, but I had no problem doing it when I did it. As I
recall, you had to manually unassign them, move them, then manually
assign.

It's been a while, but I had no problem doing it when I did it. As I
recall, you had to manually unassign them, move them, then manually
 assign.

In 6.0 I think deassignbyid is no longer allowed, so the method will be
different (if it's still possible).
