[Veritas-bu] check backed up file

2006-06-12 Thread Adeday
I would like to run a certain script after a file is
successfully backed on a client. How do I check on a
netbackup client if a certain file was backed up
successfully or not?

Thanks in advance,

The only way to tell is to do a bplist and see if the file was backed up
and that's an expensive operation. A better method would be to create a
separate policy for just that file and then do a standard
backup_exit_notify script when that policy completes.
