Yeah, I will +1 both of those.
There's a quote in the BP blog post linked above that carries a certain
irony: We... are working closely with them through the handoff to ensure
that current and future customers continue to see the level of care,
quality, and service that they’ve come to expect. Sofa has set a very high
bar. We intend to meet it.
Truth be told, the level of care, quality, and service I've come to expect
is pretty low on two of those three. They've been close to non-responsive
for the past few months. Perhaps it was better prior to that... I bought
through MAS and was stuck for several months at v. 1.1.6 because v. 1.1.8
was only available if purchased from the Sofa site, and Versions isn't even
available via MAS at this point as far as I can tell. After several pings on
Twitter and via email, I did receive a temporary license key that is now
about to expire... and no response to date to my requests for a real key.
Maybe BP can do better; the bar isn't very high. Cornerstone is looking
better and better...
