[VFB] pattern question

I received some large scud type hooks.  Probably size 2 or 1/0.
What patterns would you tie on those?

REALLY BIG scuds, I guess!!!  Maybe for fishing downstream of a nuclear 
reactor.  Seriously, I think you can tie some bass type streamers with 
eyes on them as bass tend to go for the head of a baitfish is my 
understanding and would more easily get hooked up on a shorter shank hook.

I've seen some San Juan Worms tied that large. But my best advice would be 
to pass them on to someone else! Scud hooks are notoriously poor hookers.
