I JUST walked in the door after a three day hospital stay. Been having gut pain, and pain between the shoulder blades for a few days, and it finally woke me up the other night and I had to go to the ER. Now, this is gonna be a little embarrassing as to what it came out to be in the END (no pun intended there LOL) They, and I thought I was having a gall bladder attack. But they did CT scans, blood tests, and a few more tests to #1 rule out heart attack or other heart problem. and #2 see if I was having pancreatitis and they checked my gall bladder. Turns out I was just “full of S*#T” LOL.. My wife has always told me that, and now I believe her. A word of caution. If you are not close to a restroom, NEVER, EVER drink a WHOLE bottle and a half of magnesium citrate LOL You’ll be sorry if you do. Anyway, I had that problem, but am also having a flair up of my IBS and my esophagitis as I’ve had trouble with since 1994 when I had a BAD hiatal hernia and ended up having five surgeries for that. They also thought part of the problem might have been a blockage from that scar tissue from all the surgeries. But anyway, I thank God that it turned out to #1 NOT be my heart, and # NOT be something that was not easily treated. They put me on a few new meds for different stomach/intestinal problems, so hopefully I can get out on the lake like we were planning to do when the day I had to get her to rush me to the ER at 3am. And if that day wasn’t bad enough, the night before, about 10pm, our favorite dog we’d had since she was born died. She had bad congestive heart problems, and the Vet had her on a water pill and a heart pill, but there was nothing more he could do, so she was soo sick, we were gonna have her put down (which I HATE to do to ANY pet) come the first of August. All I know is that if Boushee (don’t ask me where in the world my wife came up with that name LOL) who was a BEAUTIFUL, SWEET Jack Russell if there is a “doggie heaven” then she’s there for sure. And the hard part is that she was only about 7 or 8 years old, but we have her Momma who just turned 13 and is just as spunky as ever. Sorry for the BOOK here.
