Well, I’m glad that I did not spoil it for other European tiers ;-) I knew that I was the exotic element among the tiers so I decided to bring something that perhaps some people hadn’t seen yet: CDC. Because I did not want to have to look through my CDC bags each time I tied a fly, I decided to sort the CDC feathers by size: 24 bigger ones for the wings and 24 smaller ones for the body, in 2 colors each. And just when I wanted to tie the first fly, these big ceiling fans that I hadn’t noticed switched on... I run Malwarebytes on all of my computers as well as anti-virus software hardware. There is a free version of Malwarebytes, but it requires that you run scans update it regularly, the “Pro” version does everything on its own, including some addition features, is worth the money. There are other programs that I use for pernicious malware that gets installed on friends clients computers, including SpyBot, but for those issues I recommend professional help. It’s a malware/spyware/tracking program, but will make your life miserable, but I don’t think you can pass it to your friends via emails etc like viruses. But, it WILL send tracking cookies to conduit, and it will hijack your browser and act just like a virus. To get rid of it, you have to go to “control panel” then go to “all programs” and then go to “uninstall programs” and uninstall it. The way it usually gets to you is say you download a program like a photo editor, and it goes through step1, step2, step3 etc ect. hidden in tiny little print on one of those “steps” is “allow conduit t0 install itself as a search bar etc” and most ppl click “allow” without even realizing it. I kept changing my browser back again and again and again, only to have it take over again before I finally realized that most anti virals will NOT pick it up m because like I said it’s a “program” and not a true virus, and must be “uninstalled”. All this is of course UNLESS there is TWO different “conduit’s” out there LOL. I do have my flies tied up, and offer one to anyone from the swap who asks (via a business envelope and stamp) but I respectfully ask to drop from the blizzard swap due to not being able to get to the post office while they are open, any time soon. (for personal medical reasons) Apologies if I was the cause of the blizzard swap being held up - I was trying to get to the post before the last person submitted their flies before me, but I don't want to hold up the swap, so dropping out is the right thing to do.
