Hi Don,

I caught the rainbow in the White Mountain of NH with a Mikey Finn. It took
me awhile to get him to shore, but I had to be patient and to wear him out.
There was a couple of time I thought I was going to lose him . I almost
release him back into the water after I took a few pictures. So instead of
cooking him I decided to dropped him off my taxidermy .

 blood clot from the shoulder surgery, or that his body was just so drug
 out from all the cancer treatment that his body just couldn’t take it.
 Either way, he’s no longer in the severe pain he’s been in for the past yr

Sounds like the plane was on time . You never know, what suprises you get

 fishermen and wommen of all sizes. However, they are almost all in bass
 boats, casting crank baits, plastic worms etc using spinning reels for
 bass, not flyrods.

 I tell any I see (at the river or any lake, or watershed I am ever at)
 that they should consider fly fishing instead, and tell them that if they
 will give it a try, they’ll take their spinning reels, and $8-15 lures and
 throw them in the rivers. They think “oh, that fly fishing is only for the
 trout streams up North and out West etc”, and that’s when I whip out my fly
 box that contains all manner of BASS flies, as well as showing them my 8wt
 “bass fly rod and reel”. And, I do see a few of them later on with a
 flyrod. That’s because I tell them that they only have $60 to lose by
 trying it, cause Wal Mart sells a starter kit make by Shakespeare, which
 gives you a rod, reel, wt forward line, backing, leaders, tippets and
 several flies as well, so it’s not that expensive to at least give it a
 try. heck, they spend hundreds, if not thousands on their spinning outfits
 and over priced lures like I said above. Chuck

 and was hardly ever sick a day in her life.
 She would have turned 15 this June 8th.  All the Vets could do was to
 make her comfortable, as I didn't want to have to put her to sleep unless
 she was in a lot of pain. They had her on pain meds and steroids, and that
 made her last days a LOT better, but it's close like losing a kid to me and
 my wife as we had her longer than any dog in our lives.  Attached is a pic
 of her and I out fishing near the jetties in Panama City Bch FL in the
 Fall of 1999 when she was just a little puppy.  Chuck

 looking to do is to trade if for a copy of Fishy Fullum's book called  Fly
 Tying with Common Household Materials which ranges NEW on Amazon from
 $11.79 to $19.31, for an avg New price of  $15.50 plus $3.99 SH. I would
 be interested in an equal trade PLUS, I'd throw in another of several books
 I have on fly tying for Trout.

 I have three smaller books, all in good condition, one called Fly Fishing
 with Streamers by Ian and Charity Rutter, Basic Essential Fly Fishing by
 Michael Rutter, or Fly Fishing for brook trout; Advice from the guides
 by Ian and Charity Rutter. Like I said, I'd trade you the Fishy Fullum Book
 (or ANY Fishy Fullum Book for the Micropatterns; Tying the Small Fly
 book plus one of the three small books listed here above.

 I also have a few more fly fishing, and/or fly tying books I will be
 offering (probably) real soon, and at a real good deal, such as my so think
